Welcome to St Petersfield
 St Petersfield is a dynamic new business quarter located within half a mile of both Ashton-under-Lyne town centre and Junction 23 of the M60 Motorway. It is being developed by Ask Property Developments, in partnership with Tameside MBC, North West Regional Development Agency and English Partnerships, who together have invested £14 million of public sector finance to regenerate this historic market town in a 400,000 sq ft £42 million project.
Over £1.75 million of this investment will go into public realm works to ensure a landscaped environment of the highest quality for occupiers.

Double Whammy of lettings at St Petersfield
 Ask Developments has announced two new lettings for the new year at
its St Petersfield urban business quarter in Ashton-under-Lyne, Tameside. Two
companies – Shaw Trust and TNG - have both signed to take more than 8,000 sq
ft between them within the first phase, of which 22,000 sq ft is home to Pennine
Care NHS Trust’s headquarters.
Shaw Trust, a national charity that provides training and work opportunities
for disadvantaged and disabled people, has taken 4,598 sq ft of space on the
ground floor of the building, as part of the
Government's Pathways to Work programme to help people off benefits and into
work across Great Manchester East and West. The charity will be helping nearly
15,000 local people to make the break from benefits to work over three years
and will have eight staff based in the Ashton office, headed up by Area Employment
Manager Alyson Hall. |
